Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd is a Maltese company that was established in 1969 by the Eponymous Mr Frank Salt who was also instrumental in the setting up of Malta’s Association of Estate  Agents.

He remains active within the company to this day in a variety of different and important roles. In more recent times, three of Frank’s children, Douglas, Grahame, and Alison have taken over the running and expansion of the company.

This is a highly respected agency having won the title of Best Real Estate Agency in Malta for three consecutive years in 2005, 2006, and 2007,  and then again in 2011, 2014, and 2015.

Currently, this estate agency operates within Malta and Gozo and has a company portfolio of a wide range of property and related services.

The company handles both sales and lettings. Lettings are dealt with from dedicated branches in Sliema, Spinola, St Julian’s, Marsascala, St Paul’s Bay, and Gozo. The agents will deal with short and long term lets and holiday lets.  The luxury end of the market is dealt with by the Sliema branch.

Commercial property is also handled at a special branch in Portomaso, St. Julian’s. This branch deals with the sales and leasing of commercial property, as well as providing assistance to those setting up a business in Malta.

They also provide a property management and maintenance service from the Head Office, as well as project management and property development.

Quite unusually for a real estate agency, Frank Salt also offers a specialized home interiors consultancy service.
