Century 21 was established in Malta in 2018. The Malta operation is part of the largest real estate company in the world.

Century 21 was founded in 1973 by two real estate agents named Art Bartlett and Marsh Fisher in Orange County, California in the United States of America. The company has been acquired by several different corporations over the course of its long history, including Trans World Corporation and MetLife, before becoming part of Realogy. Realogy Holdings Corp is an American publicly owned real estate and relocation services company. It owns and franchises several real estate brands and brokerages.

The Branch Network

Operating on a global basis, Century 21 currently boasts more than 10,000 offices in 82 countries all around the world. In Malta and Gozo, there are four branches:

• Century 21 Zenith Realty - Attard
• Century 21 Fortizza – St. Julian’s
• Century 21 Prime - Fgura branch
• Century 21 Property Specialists – Victoria, Gozo branch

Each office is individually owned and managed as a Century 21 franchise and because of this setup, there is no specific head office.

Although the branches operate as individual franchises, they share an impressive website which has a very similar look and feel to the other Century 21 operations around the world (the corporate identity is strong across the board).
