Founded in 1967, Belair Property is one of the oldest established real estate agents in Malta. It started at a time when the real estate market was a relatively new industry in the islands. The company is a family venture – the concern of the Casolini family.

Head office is the Gzira branch and the Sliema location (Tigné Point) is the home of the property management division of the business.

The owner and current chairman of the Belair Group is Marcel Casolini and the current managing director is Ian Casolini who is also listed on LinkedIn as one of the company’s owners. Other directors are Victoria Spiteri, Iggy Zammit, David Aquilina, Gilberto Arredendo, Jean Camilleri and Gavin Salomone Reynaud (property management division).
